Visiting Berlin - Berlin Wall and Currywurst

This is really late, but here is the second part of our Berlin trip (see the first one here). It's a lot of pictures again, so I am gonna keep the amount of text short and let the pictures speak for themselves.

After our stop a Starbucks we went to Checkpoint Charlie to see the old border crossing and remains of the Berlin Wall. In the evening we visited the Reichstag building. Usually the view from the top is pretty good, but unfortunately it started to rain so I don't have many pictures from up there.

The next day started with beautiful sunshine and it was actually pretty warm. We saw the Hackesche Höfe, Sony Center, and the Holocaust Memorial, where we sat down to enjoy the sun for a while.

With only a few hours left we decided to take a quick trip to the Olympiastadion There wasn't enough time to go inside, so we took a last stroll along the Berlin Wall instead and finished our trip with an original Berlin Currywurst.

I honestly enjoyed this trip so much. We saw a lot of touristy things, but I guess that's just what you do, when you visit a city for the first time. I would like to go back one day to explore some more, as I think Berlin has a lot more to offer than this. But it was a beautiful weekend.

Have you been to Berlin before? If so, what did you enjoy the most?
